Kids CrossFit is an 8 Week Program Starting 10/01

Tues & Fri from 4:15pm to 5:15pm

We are excited to announce that we are offering an 8 Week Kids’ CrossFit Program led by Stephanie Sharkey. Saying Coach Stephanie is passionate about the fitness and wellness of kids is an understatement! If interest continues, we will give this is permanent spot on our calendar.

Each class is an hour long and will focus on getting kids moving, stronger, and passionate about fitness! Please sign up as soon as possible to guarantee your spot. Ages – 7 to 12
