Jennifer Dawson, Client Success Manager

Hi! I’m Jennifer and I’m your Client Success Manager at Sacris CrossFit.

If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your experience at Sacris CrossFit then that is all on me! My sole purpose here is to make sure you are comfortable (well, maybe not during a workout), feel supported and get help to be the version of you that you want to be!

What will it take from you? I will not tell you that it will be easy all of the time. I will not tell you that you will never slip up. Why? Because Life. It is all about knowing that we are all human and we all make mistakes. You will just need to keep getting up. We will be there with you every step of the way – to motivate you, encourage you, and help you meet your goals!

Between Coach Patrick and myself, you have a team that won’t quit on you & we won’t let you quit on yourself.

Tell us how we are doing. If you wouldn’t give us 10 out of 10, then we have failed you.

Stephanie, Nutrition Coach & Kids CrossFit / Group CrossFit Coach

I grew up an athlete, playing any and all sports I wanted to. So when I reached the point in my career where I was no longer a student athlete, it was probably one of the hardest times for me. Fast forward a few years of college later when I decided to start a family of my own. I fell right into the mom role, but there was always something missing. Knowing I would get my kids involved in sports, It made me miss athletics and wanted so badly to give back what was given to me-years of fun, friends, and my passion for sports.

So I decided to coach. Little did I know, it’d become one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Becoming a coach was flat out awesome. You see the game from a different angle, putting your passion and love for a sport in someone else’s hands and being able to show them the way and see that spark in their’s priceless. Being able to watch someone’s skills grow because of the work you’ve put in together is so rewarding. A kid for instance. They are little balls of potential, they come to you as a coach and you get to mold them into something GREAT. When they learn a move I’ve been teaching them or PR in weight, or their form gets fixed, they aren’t the only ones who’ve accomplished something. You are too as their coach, and there is something incredibly rewarding about that.

As a coach you are a mentor, a teacher, a role model. We all have that one coach we remember, the one who made us the athlete we are today. As a coach-we have the opportunity to be that person for someone else.

I also am highly motivated by the children I get to coach. They keep me wanting to improve. They teach me patience, understanding, and dedication in a whole new light. I am so, so grateful for them.

When I coach, I am calm, and at peace, I am happy, and content, and know without a doubt that it’s my purpose. I look forward to helping every single child and adult that walks thru the gym door. And I feel so blessed that I get to be a part of their health journey.
