I have always had an interest in health and fitness, but it wasn’t until cancer plagued my family that food, and it’s healing powers became my passion. Group my passion for food and how it heals, with my career as a nurse and you have a woman who’s life purpose is to help and heal people, and to educate others on the healing benefits of food!
